The room is at the rear of the house, facing east and is overlooking the garden.
It is in a Victorian house in a quiet street, close to local amenities in Westcliff-on-Sea.
It is a 15 min walk to the C2C train station, 5-10 min walk to Southend hospital, 5-10mins walk to Chalkwell Park and 15mins walk to Priory Park.
All bills are included. The room is not suitable for people who would like to work from home due to poor wifi connection.
We are looking for a friendly and respectful individual.
We prefer our new house companion to be in full time employment.
We would also consider to take students, providing they can provide two character references.
