Situated in Westcliff on Sea area of Southend, our newly refurbished & interior designed property has a large furnished single room. The house is based just to the north of London Road and Chalkwell Park which is a great area for relaxing and a short walk to the beach from there.

This house is for those looking for a quieter home rather than the hustle & bustle of a larger house. The house also benefits from a fully fitted kitchen. The bathroom comes with separate shower & a bath so you can be as quick as you like or have a more luxurious soak after a hard day.

At the rear of the house there is a small garden which catches the sun (when we have it!)

Each room is furnished with a double bed with mattress (to ensure a good night sleep), a wardrobe/chest of draws & bedside table. Each room is individually styled which you can either keep or change to your own preferences. The property has most bills included and Wifi access, as well as a regular cleaner to ensure it remains a pleasant house to stay.

London Road has a variety of local shops nearby, the beautiful seafront is ten minutes walk away, Chalkwell park is nearby and Southend town centre with its range of bars & cafes are a short bus ride away.

The town centre is only 1.5ml or a 15 minute walk away with Westcliff train station about 1ml from the house. Southend Hospital is five minutes away and this is a very popular location for new staff intakes to the hospital.

It is a good group at the house and local hospital staff will find it a good fit, although I'm happy for other local professionals to stay as well.
