Beautiful bungalow in Westcliff-on-Sea to share

Looking for a flatmate to share my beautiful Bungalow in Westcliff-on-Sea. I’m 1.1 miles from the beach and High Street, surrounded by bars and pubs, yet on the street, quiet enough to be woken by the birds. I had the Sun south facing Garden a side gate, in case you have a bike, and a shed to store your belongings. The bus stop is at the bottom of the road, the hospital is at the top of the road and the train station is a 10 minute walk. I’m looking for someone who is mature, is looking for a lovely house share and very neat and tidy. Im with my kids and grandkids a few days a week so essential that I come back to a clean home.
