Pleasant large Edwardian home with large bed sitting room to let with fast wi-fi and parking and large TV with Netflix. There is a large kitchen downstairs with shared bathroom - bath and shower. You have use of your room and Shared kitchen and bathroom and have access to garden. Owners very friendly but live independently of you and privacy is respected. Generally only two others in large house with grown up children sometimes around in holidays so not much pressure on bathroom. Looking for quiet professional person but would consider student - access to garden and very pleasant area close to Cliffs, shops, rail and buses. Fast Broadband is included with TV, fridge, microwave and freezer and own cupboard in kitchen. Full laundry facilities available. Bills included inc gas, electric, council tax, water etc. Friendly cat in house.
