A generous sized single room with standard double bed in character Victorian cottage located in idyllic rural location in Wimbish, only 3.5 miles from Saffron Walden

Ideally placed for Saffron Walden, Dunmow, Haverhill, Great Chesterford, Hinxton, Babraham, Abington, Newport, Cambridge Research Parks (south/east/west), Addenbrooks and Stansted Airport. Close to motorway links both M11 south and north.
Approx 6 miles from Newport station and 8 miles from Audley End station..

The room is available fully furnished. Shared use of lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Wifi, with good broadband speeds. Bills generally included but may charge additional for heating oil or high electric user. Full use of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, spices, oven/airfryer, washing machine, fridge freezer etc. References maybe asked for.

When applying please tell me a bit about yourself. Such as job, reason for looking, hobbies etc. Either 5 or 7 day let. Preference for those wanting the room for 5 day week only. No shift workers sorry.

External features include well maintained gardens, stunning views and with own off street parking. Ideal if you like a rural location. Lots of footpaths nearby for those who enjoy walking.

As the house owner I would be looking for someone who is in full time employment (not self employed) mature, clean, tidy and respectful of others and the property. I have one cat who is tidy and well behaved. Occasionally you may be asked to feed the cat.

I love gardening, have a horse , generally like being out doors, enjoy cooking and decent wine .
