The flat has a medium sized bathroom, lounge with broadband, dining table and kitchen with halogen cooker.
The room is in a 2 bed flat in Witham 5 mins from high street and A12. The train station is about a 15 minute walk and has a direct trains to Liverpool street, Stratford, Chelmsford and Colchester.
There are a number of supermarkets nearby; Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl and Asda.
Females preferred.
The room is available end of April for maximum six months.
