Double Room in Witham – £650 pcm, Bills Included

A comfortable double room is available in my two-bedroom flat in Witham.

The flat is a clean, cosy and well-maintained home, and I’m looking for a respectful, tidy and considerate female lodger who would enjoy living in a peaceful and friendly environment.

The room and flat:

- Fully furnished double bedroom
- Shared use of the kitchen, bathroom and living areas
- All bills included in the rent
- Rent: £650 per month
- Convenient location in Witham

Who I’m looking for:

Ideally, a full-time working professional who is reliable, clean, respectful of shared spaces and considerate of other people’s privacy.

This is a home for someone looking for a comfortable place to live, rather than a party environment.

House rules:

- Single occupancy only
- No overnight guests
- No smoking or vaping
- References from a previous landlord and employer will be required
- Proof of employment and recent payslips required

I’d initially prefer a three-month trial arrangement, with the possibility of a longer-term agreement if we are both happy with how things work out.
