FOUR furnished rooms in a 4-bed detached house are available to 4 full time students. Individuals are welcome.

The bedrooms are equipped with beds, desk and chair, wardrobe, table lamp, cork board, wall mirror, curtains, and dustbin.

Shared living room with sofa. The kitchen comes with dining space and is fully equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, electric kettle, and toaster. There is one bathroom upstairs and one cloakroom downstairs.

The rent (ranges from £495 - £570 per month) includes all utility bills (gas, electricity, water, and broadband) and gardening. Deposit is one month's rent.

Post graduate family with children can also be considered if willing to rent the whole house. Details available on request.
