Bright, clean room in Wivenhoe for March

I have been hosting for many years, mostly international students, in a quiet, clean home. It is an 8 minute walk to the bus stop near the Co-op supermarket, where there are regular buses to the university and Colchester, including direct to the general hospital, and under a ten minute walk to the train station for Colchester and London.
The room has a large window with plenty of light, single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. A desk is to be added at the end of the bed.

I can supply all bedding (shown with fluffy winter!) and towels, hairdryer etc.
The kitchen is quite spacious and light with plenty of storage space, air fryer, microwave etc.
There is one respectful, quiet, male lodger and a live in home owner.

We hope to live with someone tidy and independent, and unexpectedly have space for one month.
