Double Room Available in Writtle Village – Female Student House (student preferable but not essential)
We’re looking for a new housemate to take over a double bedroom from 16th December in our shared student house in Writtle Village!
About the house:
* Female-only household
* Current housemates aged 19–22
* Ideally looking for another female student who would fit in well with the house. But this is not essential and council tax will have to be arranged yourself.
* Double bedroom for single occupancy only (no couples or room sharing)
We’re looking for a friendly, respectful and considerate housemate who will enjoy living in a shared student home and help keep it a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone.

💷 Rent: £125 per week / £500 every 4 weeks
🧾 Bills: Not included (£50 contribution per month)*
