Lovely double room with built in wardrobe in Colinsburgh, Fife. Only a 17 min drive from St Andrews. 6 mins drive to Elie. Limited on street parking only. Bus stop is 2 min walk where the hourly 95 bus will take you to St Andrews via the coastal towns of Elie, Pittenween and Crail.

Shared kitchen, bathroom and living area and rent is inclusive of all bills inc wi-fi. A desk for the room can also be made available.

There is a small corner shop about 2 mins walk away and a fuel station 3 blocks down the road. Whilst there is no pub/cafe in Colinsburgh, there is a real community feel and plenty of places nearby to get a good coffee.

Plenty of nature walks nearby.

If you only need a place for mid-week or a couple of days a week I’m also happy to discuss.

I’m very easy going, however, my house is my sanctuary so as much as I would want any potential flat mate to feel at home it wouldn’t suit someone that would want their partner or friends over every weekend.

I’m after someone that’s clean, tidy and considerate.
