Hi! I have a large, bright room available in my two-bedroom flat in Dunfermline. The room is generously sized and comes furnished with a king-sized bed, chest of drawers and built in desk with plenty of additional space for a wardrobe if required. There is also a small built in storage. High ceilings and good natural light make it feel open and comfortable.

The flat is ideally located within a 15-minute walk to both the bus and train stations, making Edinburgh easily accessible. The city centre is also close by, with plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. As well as this, there are a few nature parks which are walkable distance including Pittencrieff Park and Townhill Loch. There are also 2 gyms nearby and a shopping retail park.

The flat has a shared bathroom with bath/shower, and a large open-plan kitchen and living area. It’s a relaxed, quiet home - the neighbours are extremely quiet too.

There is fast Wi-Fi (250 Mbps), all bills are included, and on-street parking is available.
The room is available from 1st August with an intended stay of up to one year. I'm ideally looking for someone considering a longer term arrangement (6-12 months), however short term can be considered.

About me & who I’m looking for:
I’m a friendly young professional woman with a balanced lifestyle. I'm a hybrid worker, working in the office 2 days a week and home 3 days a week. I enjoy going to the gym, running, cooking, baking, listening to music, and cosy movie nights at home, but I also have a social side and enjoy getting out and about.

I’m looking for a female professional who is clean, considerate and easygoing, and who’s looking for a comfortable, relaxed, cosy home. As I'm home mostly during the week, ideally I'd be looking for someone who does not work from home full time.
