No council tax applicable due to farmhouse work accommodation.
Small duties (few hrs a week) around animals are required due to work accommodation, to be paid for by owner monthly. Therefore animal lover is best suited for this opportunity.
Firewood not provided, to be bought by tenant.
Large parking.
Busy weekends 9-3pm, as operating farm shop business on site. Very quiet outside those hours.
