Spacious Modern Double Room - Edinburgh / Fife

Hi there,

My name is Dylan, I’m hoping to share my space in Inverkeithing, a close commute to Edinburgh with a few minutes walk to the train station should you need to travel within the City or Kingdom of Fife. Ideally someone looking for long term Fife / Edinburgh commuter & professional flatmate.

Current flatmate is a local professional who works most days away from home. You will be taking my room whilst I work away but ideally would like this to be as long term as possible and I will manage all of the property whilst I am away occasionally checking in and available to help and communicate where possible.

Flatmate must be easy going, clean and respectful of the space and neighbours. Ideally someone who is happy to also hang out in the shared space. I will pop in and make sure everything is OK on occasion and will be around myself if there are any issue and make yourself as comfortable as possible.

The flat is in a modern building with secure entry door which maintained by a factor. The room comes with all pictured. A super king size bed, large chest of drawers, side tables, lamps & a desk for personal computer / workspace. Cleaning of personal and communal spaces will be required and is not included. You will be expected to provide your own bed sheets, covers etc.

All bills with exception of energy included as this depends on home working & seasonally changes. Typically look to split the bill at the end of the month. I will manage this from the energy portal and send a summary at the end of each month. Get in touch for further details if required. Deposit includes First Months Rent + Month Security Rent
