Cosy Room in a Spacious & Peaceful Home

I’m a live-in landlord looking to rent out one room in my spacious, clean and well-kept home with a private garden.

I live on my own and work full-time. I’m a quiet, clean and respectful person, and I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who would enjoy living in a peaceful and comfortable home.

I usually work late afternoons and evenings, so if you work during the day, you would often have the house to yourself in the evenings, giving you plenty of privacy and space to relax.

The room is furnished with a double bed and a large, spacious wardrobe. All bills are included in the rent, as well as free Wi-Fi. There is also free on-street parking available.

The bathroom is shared and is modern and well maintained, with both a shower and a jacuzzi bath.

The house is in a very quiet location at the end of the street, right by the start of the Fife Coastal Path. There is a park in front of the house and woodland behind it, so it’s a great area if you enjoy walking, nature and a bit of peace and quiet.

There are also very good transport connections to Edinburgh. Inverkeithing Park & Ride is around a 10-minute walk away, with regular buses to Edinburgh and surrounding areas, and Inverkeithing train station is also approximately a 10-minute walk from the house.

I’m looking for one clean, tidy, quiet and respectful person. This would suit someone who is working and looking for a relaxed place to call home rather than a busy house share.

No parties, no smoking and no pets, please. I do have a friendly outdoor cat, so you would need to be comfortable having a cat around the house.

I’d really like whoever moves in to feel comfortable and at home here, while also respecting the peaceful and clean environment of the house.
