Shared house at Craigencalt Farm

We are looking for a new resident for our shared home at Craigencalt farmhouse. The 200 year old house sits within 23 acres of land and looks over Kinghorn Loch. Barns and workshops on the farm are used by local artisans and small enterprises. It’s an ideal setting for someone who enjoys a peaceful, rural lifestyle but with easy access to the city.

The house comprises of:

Kitchen/ dining area

Comfortable sitting room

Additional study/reading room

Upstairs bathroom plus refurbished shower room with extra toilet downstairs

Private garden with loch views, orchard, and greenhouse

Currently the house comprises of
2 men and 2 women. We are looking for a calm, respectful individual to take the room. Experience with shared living and sustainable practices is favoured.
