This is a large farm cottage, with large garden and plenty of parking space. A tennant will need to be an animal lover ( I have 1 dog, 2 cats) and have their own car. Broadband/ TV and usual household amenities to share. There are two bathrooms so at times the tennant will have their own bathroom. I am flexible with sharing the house with the right person. There is a large conservatory which provides excellent extra space from March to October. I am looking for a fairly clean/tidy person who enjoys living in the peace and quiet of the countryside. Non smoker essential.
