Double bedroom

I have a spacious double furnished ensuite room available to rent in my clean apartment with all bills included, shared with the live-in owner.
The room is furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, two bedside drawers, chair and lamp. The private  bathroom features a shower, toilet, and wash basin.
The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave and lots of cupboard space. The rest of the apartment contains a separate bedroom and bathroom for my use.
I have Wi-Fi with a reliable and fast connection. There is residents parking available to the side of the apartment building with no restrictions. The apartment is on the third floor with secure entry. The communal area and the development block are cleaned and maintained by a professional service company.
The apartment is part of a development located about 1 mile from the city centre and about 28 miles from Edinburgh. The nearest train station is 15 minutes away and it takes 5 minutes to get to the bus stop. There are plenty of shopping and leisure facilities nearby including Fife Leisure and Gym 64.
You will be a mature, working professional (not working from home) who is looking for a comfortable home with all the mod cons. I would like to share with someone who is clean, quiet and tidy, and will feel comfortable in my home but respect each other’s privacy. Lastly, you will be a non-smoker and without any pets.
