Spacious double bedroom available for rent in a 2 bedroom flat.

The room includes wardrobe, bedside table, double bed.
There is a desk and reading corner, extra storage space including chest of drawers and cube unit. There is a sofa, coffee table and working 65" TV.

Kitchen and bathroom will be to share with me when I'm in the flat. I am a female working professional who works in Edinburgh and therefore I often stay there throughout the week. However, I do tend to be in the flat at least once or twice per week, usually on weekends.

Kitchen is equipped with fully working dishwasher, oven and hob, small appliances such as toaster, kettle and microwave, big fridge and lots of cupboard space. The kitchen also has a small dining table that can be extended if required.

Bathroom has a bathtub and electric shower, working sink and toilet, and cupboard space.

The flat has also a separate laundry room with fully working washing machine and dryer as well as additional space for extra towels.
There is also a small room equipped with a desk and additional shelving that would suit someone working from home or that can be used as an additional storage space.

The price is £850 per month including bills - electric, gas, internet and council tax.
Tenant will be required to also pay a deposit of £850 upfront that will be refunded upon leaving the flat if no damage occurs.

If a couple the monthly rent charged will be £1000 per month.
The property has residential parking spaces available at the back of the building and it is located on a very convenient location on the High Street near shops, train and bus stations.
