I’m looking for a flatmate to share my flat. It’s located a 10-minute walk from the sea, train station, and bus station, and a 15-minute walk to Victoria Hospital.
I’m a 36-year-old female professional who works from home, and I live with my two cats, Winston and Dobbie. It’s important to me not to have any additional pets, as they can be quite territorial.
I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and friendly. We have a shared garden with the neighbours, who are all polite and sociable.
I would prefer a gay man or female flatmate. Living room, kitchen and bathroom are a share space.
