I live at the property but sometimes have my son with me. Also have a 2 black Labrador dogs who are very friendly. Looking for house mate that is easy to get on with but if you want space you would have it. Someone that will respect the property. Cleaning is expected by occupants of communal shared areas of bathroom and kitchen.
