Huge room; spectacular views, superb location

Veiw over the Firth of Forth - it's very impressive in real life!

Hello, we have a very large double room available; it has spectacular views over the Firth of Forth and over to North Berwick with amazing sunrises every morning.
The house is a ten minute walk from Leven station (for Edinburgh), close to town and shops yet on a quiet residential street with great on-street parking.
The house has a fully fitted modern kitchen, bathroom and outdoor space.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers; you welcome to bring some of your own furniture too - the room is plenty big enough if you’d like to add a desk or additional furniture. There’s plenty of plug sockets and a TV port.
The kitchen has a gas hob, fan oven, new washing machine, table, fridge, good quality crockery and storage for food and drink.
The bathroom has a large bath with shower, modern fittings and lots of space.
The house has gas central heating and a recent gas safety check.
The garden and outdoor space is a good size with a small amount of outdoor storage if required.
The room comes with all bills included; gas, electricity, water, council tax and Wi-Fi.
We’re ideally looking for someone mid-to-long term who can share our home and enjoy living here with us.
We would consider couples (for an extra charge), but would prefer a solo female. We aak for character references, a deposit (to cover breakages or damage) and payment upfront each month. We would consider cats or other small pets.

We are Mayumi and Matt, a well-travelled couple who have lived here for nearly two years. We love the outdoors, to travel and living well. When not working, we can be found at our allotment, away camping or one of the local cafes.
Matt, originally from Staffordshire, is a tour guide all around the UK. He’s friendly and chatty, a little musical and loves his mountain biking and watching formula one.
Mayumi, originally from Japan, is a housekeeper at a local hotel and vintage pottery collector. She loves to cook and take photos.
