Hi, I’m Charlie 👋

One of my lovely tenants is moving out soon to live with her boyfriend, so a great room will be available shortly. She’s given her month’s notice, so I’m now looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly home.

I’m ideally looking for someone who’s clean, tidy, and respectful of others — and who’ll enjoy living in a relaxed, easy-going environment.

🏡 About the House

The home is a modern, new-build townhouse set over three levels with four bedrooms across two floors.
There are two bathrooms (each with a bath & a shower) — the bathroom on the middle floor is shared between two tenants — we also have a downstairs toilet.

The living room is spacious and comfortable, with big sofas, a large-screen TV with surround sound, and the full Sky package (including Sky Sports and Netflix) — perfect for chilling out after work. It very rarely gets used.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need: washing machine, microwave, gas cooker, fridge freezer, plenty of cupboard space — plus two Ninjas for quick, easy cooking!

There’s also off-street parking right outside the front door, and the house has full fibre broadband with fast speeds for streaming or working from home.

The room is modern, comfortable, and recently decorated.
It comes with:
• A double ottoman bed with a Simba mattress (super comfy!)
• A triple wardrobe with loads of storage space
• A large Samsung TV with Sky (including Sports & Netflix)
• Bedding and towels provided

📍 Location

We’re in Rosyth, close to Sainsbury’s and Brankholm Brae — handy for local shops and cafés.
It’s also a great spot if you work at Mowi or commute to Edinburgh, with easy transport links nearby.

👋 About You

I work full time for Eastern Western motor group as a car sales executive for Nissan. Mainly Monday to Friday but work every second weekend. I play walking football 2-3 times paper week. I also volunteer at Dunfermline Athletic Football Club. I also Dj as a hobby in my spare time and currently Dj on a regular basis at the pub Somewhere Else in town. I’m very rarely home and when i am i tend to chill upstairs.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who can move in soon and fit in easily with the rest of the house. Preferably looking for a long-term tenant who’ll make this their home too.
