I'm an undergrad student about to enter my second year at St Andrews, I'm doing an honours degree in International Relations. I'm also the owner of the house so I have a vested interest in maintaining a good level of habitability.
The house has a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen/dining room (washing machine and dryer included). One bathroom with shower and bath; and one additional WC.
Lovely front and back gardens. Back garden has large bike shed, (I would recommend using a bike to commute to the university).
Rent includes all utilities/bills and unlimited broadband WIFI.
12 minute bike ride into the centre of town, alternatively there are two bus services that run every 20 minutes.
