Looking for someone to sub-let my room in a 2-bed house from mid-August until December/January!
I've lived here since December, but I will be studying away from St. Andrews next semester. You would have a double bedroom and your own bathroom beside the bedroom. There’s lots of storage - a cube storage unit, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk with pull-out drawers. Also room for storage underneath the bed.
The house is located on Fraser Avenue, about a 15 minute walk into town and 2 minute walk to Aldi and M&S.
The rent is £645 / month, with bills (gas and electricity only) usually approx. £30-40 pp. You would be moving in at the same time as another student - a first year Graduate Entry Medicine student.
