Looking for a housemate (male preferred) to share our three-bedroom flat in St Andrews. We are incoming third-year students. It's a bright, comfortable place close to the town centre, with off-street parking and a quiet setting - an easy walk to shops, restaurants, the beach and uni buildings.

The living and dining area has warm wooden flooring, comfy seating, a TV and loads of natural light - good for hanging out or having people over. The kitchen is separate from the lounge, well equipped and fully stocked with kitchenware, plates and bowls, so you can cook and eat together or do your own thing.

There are three bedrooms - all double beds. One bedroom has an en-suite, and the others share a main bathroom. WiFi, central heating and open-air parking at the building are all included.

Looking for someone tidy and easygoing to share the space with. Happy to chat more about rent, move-in dates and who else is in the flat - just get in touch. Please note the property would not be available to let during summer, non-term time, months.
