Hi, I am moving to Edinburgh and looking for someone to take over my lease in a flat on Largo road.
The flat is a 10 minute walk from the town centre and a 5 minute walk from Aldi and M&S.
You would be living with 4 other males who are 4th year/masters students (for council tax reasons we are only looking for other students).
The room is very spacious and consists of a double bed, a desk and chair, 2 wardrobes, a makeup dresser and a sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and there is a separate room with washer and dryer.
There is also a shower room and a small garden at the rear of the property.
The rent is £730 a month with bills between £30 to £50 a month.
The move in date would be December 1st but it can be flexible.
