Street is on '99' bus route with direct services to town
centre, Morrisons supermarket / St Andrews Community Hospital, Leuchars Railway Station; Dundee Railway & Bus Stations; Dundee city centre.

Town centre is 5 min drive; 10 min cycle, 20 min walk.

Ideal for North Haugh (physics, chemistry, comp science, biomedical) and Observatory, but due to small size of town, suitable for anywhere in St Andrews.

Street has its own post box.
