Street is on '99' bus route with direct services to town
centre, Morrisons supermarket / St Andrews Community Hospital, Leuchars Railway Station; Dundee Railway & Bus Stations; Dundee city centre.

Town centre is 5 min drive; 5-10 min cycle, 20 min walk.

On the western side of town but due to small size of St A and bus links, is suitable for anywhere in St Andrews (or commuting to Guardbridge, Leuchars, Cupar, Dundee). Street has its own post box.
