Double Attic Room

The cottage is in the centre of Tayport close to shops and with easy access to Dundee and if you have a car, 25 minutes drive to St. Andrews. I wouldn’t recommend if you needed to take the bus to St Andrews regularly. As you have to go to Dundee first
The double attic room is spacious, and light, fully furnished with settee, king sized bed , desk, wardrobe , chest of drawers and shelves.
The shared kitchen/dining room has just been upgraded and is spacious and well equipped. There’s a shared bathroom with walk in shower and bath. Two friendly dogs live in the property.
The house is a calm and homely space.
Bills will be £100 per month extra and include internet, gas , electric and council tax
Tayport is a great place to live, with easy cycle track to Dundee and on good bus routes. to Dundee 10 minutes away
It has a harbour with beach and forest walks close by.
I'm looking for a peaceful ,easy going , dog liking female who is happy to clean up after themselves , and mostly keeps regular hours as I get up early and retire early to bed too. I've been doing this now for 9 years very successfully .This is my home and if you’re someone that enjoys living in a home rather than a “pad “ you’ll love Tayport
I’m an active woman who is out and about a lot , but also does lots of online classes and enjoys working in the garden . I have a treatment room I work from downstairs so the bell rings throughout the day If you’re in the attic room you won’t be disturbed
