Double room in social Clapham Houseshare

I have decided to move out of my house, to move in with my girlfriend, and have a large double room for rent in our awesome house share located in Clapham just off Abbeville Road.

The Abbeville Road area has lots of nice restaurants, a Sainsbury's local, a Gails bakery for coffee and is only 5 minutes walk from Clapham Common and about 10 minutes walk to Clapham South Tube Station on the Northern Line.

The remaining housemates are 2 guys and 3 girls from Ireland, New Zealand, Australia and England so a nice mix. All are aged between 25 and 30.

We are a fun, social flat who all get along well and also respect each others privacy.

There are 2 large bathrooms which both have there own showers. We also have a large living room with a huge projector screen which has all the channels including Sky Sports and BT Sports. The kitchen is large and comes fully fitted out with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer plus the usual appliances. There is also nice big back garden with a patio and a BBQ which gets a lot of use during the Summer. So there is lots of shared living space.

All the current housemates are working professionals so we are looking for a full time working professional who works regular hours Monday - Friday. The landlady wants to keep the split 3 males and 3 females, so we are looking for a new male housemate only.

The landlady owns a few properties, and has her own administration team, which means there are no agency fees when you move in. The lease is rolling as the landlady renews the lease every year.

There is a cleaner who comes once a week and the cost of this is split between the flatmates. The bills (council tax, water, internet) come to around £90 a month.

I am looking to do viewings on Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th of November and the move in date will be the 15th December however I can be flexible on this date.
