Furnished double ensuite

I am looking for a tidy preferrably female housemate for my furnished ensuite double bedroom. I live with my daughter and our beloved male cat. The room is available on a short term or long term basis, i am flexible.

Our ideal tenant will hopefully have a structured life, preferably with a job or in college. We would prefer someone who enjoys their own space, but is also friendly and sociable. The tenant will have their own television, however, we have an open plan kitchen/dining//living room and happy for our tenant to join us as they wish.

Please note that there is a strict rule of no guests allowed to stay overnight. This is non negotiable.
