Modern recently renovated 3 bedroom townhouse at the North side of Leith. The house forms part of a nice and peaceful residential street - The Shore and Leith Walk are both a 15min Walk, the bus is 1min which will take you to Princess Street in 15min. Edinburgh Leisure with pool, sauna, steam and gym is also a 10min walk.

The Shore and wider Leith area are widely recognised for quality of life and sense of place. Leith was ranked one of the world's coolest neighbourhoods by Time Out, while The Shore itself won the Great Neighbourhood Award from the Academy of Urbanism. The area has also been named one of Scotland's best places to live by The Sunday Times.

Rooms are fully furnished. The kitchen has all the utensils, dishwasher and 10kg Bosch washer/dryer with dining table. Lounge area and kitchen are open plan. Room 1 has a private modern shower bathroom and there is a bath and shower upstairs for Room 2, which is shared with myself. All lights in the flat are dimmable, there is fast WIFI and all bills such a electrics and gas, and council tax are included.

Minimum stay: 31 days.
This is only because properties that provide shorter stays need to be formally approved by the council.
