We have a nice good sized single room up for grabs. The room is located on the first floor and is furnished with a single bed (with underbed storage), and a large wardrobe which boast both hanging and shelving space and a lovely view of the rear garden.

The room is priced at £500pcm excluding bills fixed at £80pcm.

The house has amazingly big rooms, two gorgeous bathrooms (plus one room-not your room, has it's own bathroom), and an amazing living space comprised of a well equipped big kitchen diner and a separate TV room.

The house is a quick walk (3 mins) to Ealing Common underground (Zone 3, Piccadilly & District lines) plus you're also close to Acton Town and Ealing Broadway (great for shopping and going to the gym/pub/cafe). Plus being so close to Ealing Common park is great for the summer.

The lounge boasts a flatscreen Smart TV with and there is a 350MBIT fibre optic ViVid internet connection for the house and the router is located central to the house with a booster box so that everyone can enjoy the internet at the same time.

All new applicants must be working professionals who are able to pass our vetting. We don't take any DSS and we try to avoid work from home people or those on retirement/looking for work as generally it can be very annoying if one person is always home and always just hanging around in the lounge.
