In the kitchenette within the room you will have your own fridge, electric kettle, folding wall table and two chairs plus good size shelving unit for storage, also there is a storage space with new plastic boxes under the bed.

We are very friendly small family and are looking for a single professional female preferred who's in full time employment, clean and tidy and respectful of other people's privacy. Sorry, no couples, and no guests, minimum 6 months.

The house is located just a few bus stops away from Raynes Park and Wimbledon Chase train stations and Morden station on Northern Line with plenty bus connections just three minutes walk away. 20 minutes walk to Motspur Park railway station station.
