Mature professional for a share in Almondsbury

I have been renting with my father, Daragh. For the last 6 months or so since he emigrated from Ireland and I now need to move to Suffolk for work.

We're currently looking for a mature professional to take my space in the house. The property is technically a 3 bedroom property, with 2 doubles and 1 single.

I have been using the single as an office space and any new potential tenant would also benefit from this. Daragh has an en-suite. So you would also have your own bathroom.

This would really suit a mature professional that just wants somewhere quiet to get their head down, works close to Almondsbury or needs very quick access within minutes to the M4/M5/M32. Given you would have your own office space within the house anyone that works from home or hybrid it would also suit.

Daragh is a very easy to live with no stress type of person. He's clean and tidy and keeps himself to himself in his room watching rugby news and LBC the majority of the time.

The rent is £700 pm plus bills.
Council Tax band is D

We are under CJ Hole - Bradley Stoke. Any potential tenant would need to pass referencing with them.

The house is fully furnished and you would only need your own bedroom/office furniture.
