Furnished double room to let

I'm looking to rent my spare room to a professional who is very quiet, clean and kind to animals as well as people. This will not suit someone who parties hard or goes out until late every evening.

The room is fully furnished, including a king sized bed, walk in wardrobe and shelving, side lamps so ready for you to just move in. Please note, room is not en suite.

There's a parking space outside, its a very quiet family cul de sac, bus stop right outside and good links to Bristol, Parkway, M4/M5/ M32, Aztec West, shops, Drs, nature reserves. Space for a bike if needed.

Kitchen has induction hob, double oven. Fridge, freezer, washer, drier, microwave, and table. Shared bathroom has an electric shower and bath.

All the rooms are good sized, clean, nicely decorated and modern.

There's not much storage so ideally suits someone who doesn't have many possessions but we can discuss this to see where adjustments can be made.

You'll be sharing with me, my elderly dog (she's quiet, not a barker) and indoor cat. I work from home, and have autism so am needing you to be mindful of this disability as the living room is not shared space (I currently sleep downstairs with my dog) and I need a lodger who will respect my home, my safety and way of life.

My previous lovely tenant has just moved out so the room needs a lodger ASAP

Most bills are included, inc. broadband, Council tax band B.
