I am moving out of this beautiful house where my 3 friends live, this is a 5 bed house where the small bedroom is used purely for storage. I have had the ensuite room in this house but since I got engaged recently I will be moving into my own place.
The house was let unfurnished, so the furniture shown in some of the pictures has been removed and replaced with our own furniture, I am happy to sell to the new tenant my furniture in the bedroom which is a bed frame and mattress. There is a huge built in wardrobe in this ensuite room. The house is close to UWE, the aerospace companies, Bristol parkway and Abbey wood with also good bus links into town. There is parking on the driveway (we've been doing this as first come first served). The rent of the room is £650 pcm, with household bills running £60 ish and council tax £53pppm (Band D).

Please note that you will have to pass right to rent checks, this is either:
- 30 times the monthly share of the rent as income
- A guarantor with 36 times the rent share as income

Move in ideally end of September :)
