Looking for a Mon to Fri housemate for professional household from 1 August 2026.

High standard of accommodation + excellent sought after quiet location with good transport links (into both Bristol and Bath).

Flexible: I can also offer a single room cheaper by negotiation and offer flexible days for example three week days a week for hybrid working. Can discuss.

Double room with bathroom:
Smart, light double room with access to bathroom (with power shower) which has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Room and house is cleaned regularly (by my very efficient cleaner) and kitted out - includes black out blind, smart tv, wi-fi, luggage rack, built in wardrobe, fan for the summer and mini-bar. Room has also recently had a new carpet fitted.

Area:
House is in an excellent area, that is well sought after. Bridgeyate is ideally placed for commuting into Bristol or Bath and is located not far from the A4174 ring road, Bitton which leads straight into Bath, Keynsham train station and Brislington park and ride. Warmley, Longwell Green, Emerson’s Green are all close by as is a Cycle track which leads straight into the centre of both Bristol and Bath. The house is also conveniently located within walking distance to 3 local pubs :)

House:
I have one very nice cat. Shared communal areas, there is also a good sized back garden. Parking not a problem. If you are looking for a smart, relaxed place in a nice quiet area, with good transport links, this is for you.
