Double room near UWE inc bills

We have a double room available in our two bed flat. There is no time limit on this rental

All bills included located on Nightingale close, Frampton Cotterell. Only 5-10 minute drive to UWE and 10-15 minutes to Gloucester road/centre. Regular buses go from near the house and take 15 mins to get into Bristol

The room is available from end of November

The room is furnished wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, a desk and a King size bed.

The Flat

The flat is fully furnished, very stylish and spacious, carpeted the whole way through. The place is kept clean and tidy.

The living room has a huge comfy sofa an Xbox + a 65inch 4k TV.

The area is a cul-de-sac so it has lots of parking, a communal garden and our own private spot. Neighbors are super friendly.

The current flat mate is my friend. He works from home but only is in the flat for one month every other month. He is pretty quiet but a nice, social person. He enjoys music and working out.

We're looking for someone who's clean, tidy and respectful. Another working professional or a student would fit well.

Couples are welcome but the price would be £700pcm
