My mother and my sister live at the 4 bedroom property. I am renting my large room while I work abroad. Anyone that’s interested in a cosy family home with your own private space - is welcome. The room is available for single occupancy - no smoking, no pets.

The house is located close to Bristol Parkway train station, UWE Frenchay Campus, Filton Abbeywood, Filton College.

The house is situated in a calm and quiet residential area, with plenty of green space, walking areas and local coffee shops. Nearby is Nuffield gym and a local corner store for simple groceries.

The house offers a private bedroom with a work space, large wardrobe and storage, Wi-Fi, free parking & ensuite bathroom.

Location:
• Bristol parkway train station (10 minutes from house)
• Local bus stop with routes all across Bristol (3 mins)
• UWE Frenchay campus (7 minutes) on bus (3 stops).
• Bristol Town Centre (15 minutes) on bus.
• Round the corner from the house: Nuffield gym, papa johns pizza, Chinese restaurant, local grocery store.

Also - If you’d like to join family meals - my mum is happy to feed you at a small additional charge (she’s a nutritionist!).
