I’m looking for someone to take over my room in my lovely 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat, living with my existing flatmate. I’m the landlord and have really loved living here, but I’m now moving cities.

* Built-in large wardrobe
* Ensuite essentials

There may also be the option to include a desk depending on WFH setup.

The location:

The flat is on a new estate in Stoke Gifford.
* 15 min walk to Bristol Parkway station
* 5 min walk to bus stops into central Bristol
* Easy access to M4, M5 & M32
* Shops, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance
It’s really well connected, but slightly out of the busy centre - which is exactly why I chose it.

About Kathy (existing flatmate):

Kathy is the existing flatmate and works as a primary school teacher. She’s sociable, friendly and has been an absolute pleasure to live with.

Outside of work she’s very active and outgoing - into fitness, sport (watching and playing), going to the pub, seeing friends, and the usual mix of dinners out and chilled nights in.

She’s looking for someone she gets on with day to day rather than just coexisting with, but equally respects having your own space. It would be nice to hang out for a night in/out now and then.

Kathy is very clean and tidy and so it is important you are too.

Bills:
Approximately £163/month (current estimate).

Moving date:
I’m looking to move out at the latest first weekend of September, but ideally not before 10th August. This may be flexible once I have my exact moving date.
