The house is placed in a good location, opposite you have a small Morrison shop, bakery, coffees and behind this one you will have access to walk by the Severn Beach waterfront, where you will enjoy fishing, doing exercise, breathing fresh air with nice view to the Bristol channel, and the bridges that connect us with Wales.

The house is strategic placed near Severn and Avonmouth warehouses and companies as Royal mail, Amazon, Warburtons, Lidel, Asda, Tesco, Culina, Coop, etc

If you drive the easy access to M5/M4 are the best ways for you, in less than 15 minutes you would be in the shopping centres, Cribbs causeway mall, Avonmouth.
