Lovely Double Room in Modern New-Build Home – Monday to Friday Let Preferred
A bright and comfortable double bedroom is available in my modern two-bedroom home, shared with me (Jen), the live-in landlord, and my little dog, Gizmo.
Gizmo is blind, so I'm ideally looking for someone who likes dogs and will be considerate of his needs, as he can be sensitive and easily startled by loud noises.

10-minute walk to Parkway Train Station
5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, with regular Metrobus services into Bristol city centre (approximately 15 minutes)
Around 10 minutes by car to The Mall at Cribbs Causeway
Convenient for MOD, UWE, Airbus and Rolls-Royce
Sainsbury's and Lidl are both within a 10-minute walk
About the Let
I'm ideally looking for a Monday to Friday (or Sunday to Thursday) lodger. The room would suit a professional working in the area during the week.
Rent is £550 per month inclusive of all bills for a 5-night stay (Monday-Friday), although this may be negotiable if you require fewer nights. Also open 7 days a week for a short term tenancy
About Me
I'm a veterinary nurse and often work long hours. During the week I usually head to the gym after work and spend quiet evenings relaxing at home. Occasionally, I'll go out for dinner with friends. I'm looking for a considerate, respectful professional who values a peaceful home environment.
