Looking for a 5th housemate for our house in Harry Stoke

Tenancy starts the 11th of August
£700 a month excluding bills
Currently 2 girls 2 boys all UWE students

My self and three others are looking for a 5th person to join our house on 11th of August. My names Libby and I study Business at Uwe, my best friend at uni (Tianna) early childhood development and our partners also study Business. We would be happy to meet before so you can also see whether we are ur cup of tea and arrange viewings for the house. It’s a less than 15 mins walk to UWE Frenchay Campus there is also a bus stop right outside the street. It’s £700 without bills ( but we are trying to find cheep but reliable bills) there is two bedrooms to choose from. As the other one will be given to Tianna we have a garden and garage with a drive way if u wanted to bring a car( me and Tianna drive so if u needed lifts to the shops we are more than happy too). We are all going into third year and will be having more nights in we all love having what we call family dinner and watching movies together. I also do love the occasional night out.
