Sociable Working Professional Room

This room is available from 03 November.
I'm looking to share my lovely space with a like-minded adult. My children have left home. My youngest, 26 years, still dips in and out and I have another lodger, who is also in his mid twenties, he is a mental health professional and very easy going.
I'm a workaholic, and run my own business so would like a sharer that is willing to contribute to the tedious chores like cleaning up, rubbish out, etc. In return, I think I can offer an amazing place to live.. Although the room is small, the rest of the house is very spacious and the garden is huge and sunny. Hot tub included!
