Massive double ensuite room in large 5 bed house.
All bills included with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Sharing with a couple in their early thirties.

17 minute walk to Bristol Parkway station for very convenient access to Bristol city centre, west to Cardiff, east to London etc.
5 min walk to bus stop to catch metro buses into city centre.
Gym, several small supermarkets and several pubs all within easy walking distance. Big supermarket just a few minutes drive or bus away.

Room is recently redecorated double room with ensuite. Divan bed for additional storage and large integrated wardrobe.

We are looking for a single lodger, non-smoker /non-vaper and no pets. Preferred no working from home although this is possible on occasion or 1-2 days per week. We are flexible with minimum or maximum stay, with a rolling contract with agreement of both parties. Happy to offer a reduced rate for a Monday-Friday let.
