The room unfurnished and you’ll have your own private use of the main bathroom, as I use the en-suite attached to my bedroom. So you effectively have your own bathroom without having to share it.

The flat is modern, clean and well maintained, with a shared living room, kitchen and dining area. You’ll only be sharing with one other person, making it a quieter and more relaxed setup than a typical house share.

I also have a friendly 3-year-old male dog (Kokoni). He’s very affectionate but generally keeps to my bedroom, so he won’t be constantly wandering around the flat. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable living with a dog, although there’s no expectation that you’d need to look after him.
