Room to rent in cottage in pilning

I have a room becoming available in Farleigh Cottage in pilning, vaulted ceiling with exposed original timber beams, it has a double bed with bedding provided, a wall mounted tv m,2 small chests of drawers and some hanging space, we have a shared kitchen, utility room and dinning room. we also have lots of outside space with 2 large patios and 2 large gardens with another seating area. we have a large bathroom upstairs and a down stairs toilet with a sink.
One of the tennants lives in a self contained annexe so wont be in the property very often .
I am flexible with weekly or monthly payment if that helps out
