I own a very well-presented Victorian mid-terrace house and have a large room available (fewer days for lower rent accepted too).

The room has a good quality double bed, plenty of storage space, a table and four chairs, along with a 32" smart TV.

There is a ground floor shower room. All bills are included and bedding can be provided. The house has a washing machine and dryer, and there is a bike shed in the garden. The room has blackout curtains and the windows are double glazed to aid a good night’s sleep.

Upstairs is occupied by the family, which consists of me (Suzanne - 50), and my 12-year-old son, a very friendly cat and a Yorkshire terrier. We have our own bath/shower room, so there are no queues in the morning. My second lodger also resides upstairs, where there is another bathroom.

The house sits between the Gloucester Road North and Southmead Road, so perfect for Airbus, Rolls-Royce, the MOD, and UWE Frenchay Campus. Parking is on-street but very easy to come by and bus stops are within two mins walk in both directions. There is also a Tesco Express just two minutes walk away, which is super handy.
