The room is in a three bedroom semi detached, currently home to two young men working in the animal sector, three cats and a reptile.
Rent will be £375 a month with water, electricity, gas, and internet included; with one month deposit needed. Council tax is not included and will be shared equally between tenants. (Council tax band A, Tewkesbury)
The room is furnished, though the desk and drawers can be removed if you want to add your own furniture.
The house has a recently renovated upstairs bathroom, a downstairs toilet, a fairly spacious kitchen, a living room and adjoining dining room and a decent sized garden. I will add more pictures soon! There is usually plenty of on street parking available as well as one space in the driveway.
It also comes with a washer, drier, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and downstairs tv with streaming services.
